Step 1: If the number is configured ON for call recording than the user will be able to listen to call recording from Activity feed.




Step 2: Click on the play button from the activity feed to listen to the voicemail or call recordings.

Note: If the user is logged out and availability status is "unavailable" then voice mail will be recorded and the user will be able to listen to it anytime from activity feed.
